Our church has the facilities to accommodate Weddings, Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners and Special Gatherings.
The Sanctuary of the Church of the Holy City is a beautiful and sacred space. It is perfect for our services, an elegant wedding, baptisms or musical event. The newly placed halogen spotlights, combine with the classic chandeliers to lend sparkle and warmth. High cathedral ceilings and architecture are to be credited for the fine acoustics that enhance the church’s pipe organ and the voice of any soloist. The ambiance of the room is complete with rich wood tones and fine stained glass windows, which create a beautiful backdrop to floral accents.
The Parish Hall is often used for smaller services, meetings or other intimate gathering whether it is a wedding ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, or other special occasion. The parish hall can seat approximately 50 people comfortably at circular tables, that you would have to rent or that your caterer could provide. While dining, you and your guests will be surrounded by a comfortable atmosphere including cathedral ceiling, tall leaded glass windows, deep wood paneling and fine wood floors. Unlike the rental of other historic sites in the area you have the option of choosing any caterer you like. Our kitchen, which has been newly renovated and boasts up to date amenities, including garbage disposal, dishwasher, Viking stove and oven, is available to you or your caterer. There is ample counter space for food preparation and serving. By providing you with the freedom to choose your own food service and flower arrangements the Church of the Holy City provides an affordable option for your event.
